Your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the estimated shipment date, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
You may check your order status with the tracking number that we provided. If you are unable to track your order, please do not hesitate to drop us an email at email@example.com with all your order details.
Currently, we accept payments made through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards or online banking.
Just log in and go to “My Orders “. You’ll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.
Regrettably, we do not currently provide next-day delivery services :’(
