How long should I expect for my order to be delivered?
Your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the estimated shipment date, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Who should I contact if I received the wrong product?
We’re so sorry about that! Please drop an email at online@beautility.com.my with your attachment and order ID and we’ll look into it for you.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder or send an email to online@beautility.com.my with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
What should I do if I haven’t received my orders over 7 working days?
You may check your order status with the tracking number that we provided. If you are unable to track your order, please do not hesitate to drop us an email at online@beautility.com.my with all your order details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments made through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards or online banking.
How can I check my order?
Just log in and go to “My Orders “. You’ll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.
SHIPPING
I want my order ASAP, Do you offer next-day delivery?
Regrettably, we do not currently provide next-day delivery services :’(
Can I personally collect my orders from your headquarters?
I’m sorry, but the option for in-person order pickup is not available :’(
What should I do if I've made an error and need to modify my shipping information?
If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping details, please contact us at online@beautility.com.my within 24 hours of completing your purchase. We can only assist with order changes during this time frame.
How can I keep track of my package?
You will receive a separate email containing a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or send an email to online@beautility.com.my with your order number.
