Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of items. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & Refunds
All our products sold in good condition are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We are not responsible for any damage due to mishandling or negligence by courier services. If the goods receive is damage due to expire date, please retain the goods in its original packaging pending a reply, exchange or refund will subject to your preference. No refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

Order Amendment Or Cancellation
Orders once received by will not be subject to cancellation. If there is failure of delivery due to sender’s incorrect information on any of delivery details, we will not accept any refund request. If there are any changes on delivery details, we will not accept these unless the products have not been shipped.

Right Of Refusal reserves the right to refuse delivery for courier security issue, and if the customer is order(s) and deliver to oversea. However, in all such cases will refund the amount paid by customer in full.

Delivery Rejected
Should the receiver refuse to accept the delivery, the purchase is considered delivered and no refund will be made.

Any refunds for orders placed will credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the item. We will submit the refunds to be processed by the bank within 7 working days*. Upon submission, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for which the credit is refunded will depend on the individual banks.

*Working days are defined as Mondays to Friday 9am to 5pm.
